The Art of Listening

Listening is an Art, it requires silent participation.
Listen for intonation of words – where is the emphasis being placed? Look at the body language the face gestures, the hand movements, the positioning of the body…are they leaning in or are the pulling back? Are the arms folded or are they open and receptive?
When people talk, give them air time to finnish manifesting their words into audio waves. Show interest and honor them. Ask for clarification on the words they expressed, never assume the words for what they are but rather ask for what they mean to the person that is expressing them.
Daisy Says: Listen with your eyes and ears.
