thief

There could be a thief living with you… yourself.

Ever feel like nothing is happening in your life? Like, you’re not getting things done?

This is the one life you have, the one opportunity to live in a way that you feel fulfilled win or lose, throw caution to the wind…it’s your life! Every minute that you spend doing things that add no value to your life is a minute you can not recover.

Take some time to reflect on your life and ask yourself: Is this what I want? Is this honoring my beliefs? Ten years from now, twenty years from now….will I look back on my life with joy or with sadness?

Cease the moment!!
Take charge!

Think you can and Know you can!!

Reverse your course if you must. Do it for you… for your dreams, for your hopes.

Olive Oyl

We’ve heard it many times:

Love is blind.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Wotta a woman; Wow! – Was one of the many expressions used to describe Olive Oyl. Tall, lanky and skinny as a rail with measurements of 14″, 14″, 14″ that was the comic strip Fleischer Olive Oyl.

What magic did she posses? She’s quite a role model if you think of it. Her zest for life, innocent approach as she threw herself with passion into everything she did as well as her enthusiastic personality is what made her so attractive to men.

Building on ones character and personality is truly what matters, that is really what makes us appealing, especially as we journey through life and embrace age. It is the boundless beauty of the spirit that shines in our eyes and brings song to our voice.

The eyes that are meant to ‘see’ your beauty will and that is all that matters. Just as enough quick glimpses and little scenes added up to convince us that Olive Oyl was Miss USA.

Inner Peace

Inner Peace

To find inner peace we must slow down and take a look what is inside our hearts. This will help us become more clear at our life map and also lets us see where the roadblocks are.

Knowing ourselves will heighten our conscious awareness and allows us to make a decision to remove the blocks that prevent us from living a full life.

Being greatful for what we have now allows us to bring our minds focus on living in the now. We can’t worry about the past or the future when we are thinking of this moment in time.

You will notice that as you reflect on the gratitude you have you will begin to sense a glow of inner peace. Try that now and begin to enjoy a conscious inner peace that is all yours.

North

What is True North? It’s about discovering your purpose. Our compass may shift many times during a lifetime but when purpose is the thread connecting each experience, the journey becomes an adventure rather than a series of unrelated successes, failures and dormant periods.

When there is passion and excitement in what you do, time is irrelevant.

If you don’t feel passion at this time…it’s okay…passion will come to you, passion will return. You are exactly where you need to be.

Remember you were created with your own unique beauty and perfection…what you are today is an accumulation of external build up. You can chip away at those parts of you that do not represent you by making an effort to evaluate your thoughts and choose to create positive affirmations of your negative situation.

Remember that thought always precedes action so we have to change how we think before we change how we feel. It is so much easier to build up from ground zero, and to do that we must bring back our beliefs to the core.
