Read that definition; how challenging must it be for a visionary to live in a world where people are complacent to accept the status quo? We have the telephone, the internet, the microwave and on and on!

No, is not an option for a visionary.. there is always a way.

Visionaries work with the ethers of space and the dawn of their imagination to create the tangible things that others can’t phanthom yet. Their biggest challenge is to bring a new panorama into someones realm of nothingness and help them see mutual purpose aligning the energies to create new realities.

Many of our greatest accomplishments have evolved from visionary leaders. I believe that we all can be visionary leaders in our own world. I remember being in 4th grade and I can say that each one of those elementary kids had immense vision. Vision of doing great things, and becoming great doctors, lawyers, firemen, and artists. I myself wanted to be the ‘wind’, I wanted to be everywhere at once, I wanted to hug everyone and share happiness with the world.

The visionary person is inside each one of us.

You know it. The flame of life lies in you.

The battle is not on the outside, the battle is on the inside. What is your passion? What moves you? Can’t put your finger on it? Here, let me help you…. hold your breath. Keep holding it. uh huh.. a bit longer. Oh! you had to exhale? You’re breathing again I see… that’s IT! Life the passion for Life… the passion to create a life that you love … the passion to make each precious breath count.

I was walking with a group of people the other day, and I spotted a penny on the ground ahead of us. To the dismay of the others I bent down and I picked up the penny and exclaimed with glee, “I found a penny!”. The look on their faces was priceless. Some appeared shocked, some smiled, a few remarked that they’d only pick up a penny if it was heads up and others said they’d never stoop down for a penny – maybe for a dollar bill.

In the middle of the sidewalk irrelivant to who was walking by, I halted our group and stepped in front of them to do my “penny sermon”. I shared my fascination of the penny and the ‘American currency’. I may not be an experienced world traveller but my travels to Europe and the Caribbean has allowed me to handle currency from other countries and there is something special about American currency.

Irrelivant of which religion ‘we’ follow — American currency has something unique: IN GOD WE TRUST

Every time I see a penny on the ground it is a moment of inner reflection for me, a moment where I pray for the last person that held that penny, I pray that they find strength and courage and value in the small things in life. I pray for our nation and I am grateful for the abundance in my life.

I often wonder how many want financial freedom and fail to see the value of the richness in their lives. If you can not master where you are at financially now, and be grateful for your abundance, how could you ever master any more when it comes to you?

A penny by itself may not be much… but a 100,000,000 pennies equal 1 million dollars. One person can make a significant difference but it is a nation that moves a country.

The monotony of life sometimes can numb us to the real value that lies below the surface of our everyday activity. There is value in the uncelebrated moments of our everyday lives.

You do make a difference. You add value to everything you do by who you are, by your commitment, and your spirit.

Most people drift quietly through life, barely getting by, and never realizing their FULL POTENTIAL. Why does this happen to so many of us?

Today we are smarter and more informed than ever before in history. There’s an endless supply of self-help information, teachers and gurus at our disposal. Yet despite the abundance of knowledge, there are more people ‘leading lives of quiet desperation’ then ever before.

Take heart, you are stronger than you know. You have a lifetime ahead of you to develop the habits that will lead you to a fulfilling life. It takes discipline to ‘discipline’ your disappointments.

Clearly, it’s not more knowledge that we need, but more REMINDERS. We need to be reminded of the greatness within…. not informed. We need to be reminded that our inner guide will never fail us. We need to be reminded that we are an expression of Love. We need to be reminded that there is Good and it starts with us.

Surround yourself with REMINDERS of what a great life means to you. Get beautiful paintings, magazines; create a space of serenity where you can travel your mind to beautiful destinations, visit a state park, a museum, a zoo. Look in the mirror and Remind yourself that you are the gift of a great life.

Yes… do yourself a favor.. go now, go look in that mirror and say out loud ” I AM the gift of a great life!”. Then go live it.. good or bad, embrace it, feel it … GO!

Life can change in seconds! What if you woke up this morning and discovered that you were elected to represent your company in a new campaign, or appointed Director of a large division in your company?

If you were given an option to accept the position, what changes would you have to make personally to handle the position and what benefit can you add to enhance your company?

Many times in life we are given an opportunity to shine but lack of belief in ourselves stop us from accepting new challenges in our lives. Know that you are never given a challenge you can not handle, there is always a lesson to draw from the experience and a new level of growth to master. It is not the outcome of the challenge that matters, it is the development of you through-out the challenge that brings out the growth to your next level.
