After a forest fire in Yellowstone National Park , forest rangers began their trek up a mountain to assess the inferno’s damage.

One ranger found a bird literally petrified in ashes, perched statuesquely on the ground at the base of a tree. Somewhat sickened by the eerie sight, he knocked over the bird with a stick..
When he gently struck it, three tiny chicks scurried from under their dead mother’s wings. The loving mother, keenly aware of impending disaster, had carried her offspring to the base of the tree and had gathered them under her wings, instinctively knowing that the toxic smoke would rise.

She could have flown to safety but had refused to abandon her babies. Then the blaze had arrived and the heat had scorched her small body, the mother had remained steadfast ….because she had been willing to die, so those under the cover of her wings would live.

Being loved this much should make a difference in your life. No matter how busy and how challenging your life may be right this very moment, remember the One who loves you, and then be different
because of it.

Treasure every moment you have. You will Treasure it even more when you can share it with someone special. Don’t wait to lose someone to learn the value of a friend.

If a blind man can paint…

What can a person with all five senses NOT do?

Esref Armagan was born both unsighted and to an impoverished family. *image on this post is painting by Armagan – visit link to see more.

It comes down to passion and desire. There is nothing that the mind of man can not accomplish once there is passion and desire… simply it is a matter of finding a way. There will always be a way.

Sometimes the way may be far fetched and may appear like science fiction or fantasy, yet in fact if we can dream of the way that is all that matters. The dream can become a plan and your life can become the journey of that dream. Your dream can create the most fantastic life journey where you embody the fire of life.

I am still amazed at how many with less fortune face life with gratitude and make do with what they are given, and so many of us that were born with all five senses complain about the fortune we were dealt with.

To have eyes and not to see beauty
To have voice and not to speak kind words
To have hands and not to touch gently
To have ears and not to listen to those around us
To have sense of smell and not appreciate the special aroma of mother, lover or new born

Let’s not waste the wonderful you that YOU are on worries and complaints, let’s embrace the life we’ve been given and show appreciation by taking on the challenges that allow us to use all of our senses.

Daisy Says: Invoke life and use ALL your senses!

A word I was pondering on this morning: Continuity.
The more I thought on it, the more I concluded that it is a very powerful word with an intense meaning: ‘An uninterrupted succession or flow; a coherent whole.’

Words have such impact on how we process things and use them to create our future.

Continuity, what does that mean and how does it affect us?

Everything! That is if you want to achieve more in life, whether it be to maintain good health, grow intimate relationships, or make a lot more money – continuity allows you to create a predictable path.

Continuity in your life and business affairs means creating ways for uninterrupted succession of you moving towards your future.

The concept of continuity is used in the information publishing business, how do they do it? through monthly and annual subscriptions. This is how they ensure continued business.

You may agree with me that there is something to learn here.

What do you subscribe to on a monthly basis to ensure your continued growth?

What do you pay into that helps you stay on that sure path?

How can you take this concept and use it for your own benefit in your daily life to create continuity of your journey?

The take-away here is that continuity between our deepest intimacies of life and our external environment can have a huge role in the manifestation of our dreams.

stuck
It’s the beginning of the year full of hope and wondrous expectations. Yet, we must agree that practically everything that we did or not do last year boiled down to one simple response: action or lack of.

So, here we go. No need to rush we have a whole year ahead. I believe if we try to pack it heavy in the front of the year, we may exhaust ourselves and give up too soon. It’s okay. Pace yourself and enjoy the adventure.

Let’s look at some of the hurdles we may have to face on our journey.
1.Financial hurdles?
-Lack of understanding how money works
-No financial goals
-No Financial Plan
-Overpaying for basic items
-Procrastination
2. Believing that you are stuck with the life you have.
3. Satisfied to just ‘get by’ in life.
4. Tried something last year and failed, so why try again?
5. Lost belief in yourself.
6. Believing that the PAST equals your FUTURE.
7. Listening to NEGATIVE relatives and friends.
8. Lost the POWER of dreaming.
9. Not taking RISKS in life.
10. Afraid of change.

Don’t you think it’s time to get unstuck? No more excuses, you’re the only one that can make that change. Take that first step and venture into that expansive future and face it head on!
It’s yours for the taking!
