Stop Selling – Start Giving

Staying up with trends and marketing is very important yet nothing is more important than understanding what your customers/clients want and need.

There is one thing all clients want, this has nothing to do with price, in fact it has nothing to do with the product or service that you are providing. Clients all want the same thing: they want a solution to the problem they have or think they have.

Your focus needs to be on identifying what that problem is for your client. The next step is to help them identify that you have a solution; when this happens they buy and you stop selling.

Today’s trend for the successful entrepreneur is to embrace the “education marketing” approach.

Understanding that today’s clients know they can buy 24/7, you must come across as a problem solver rather than a service provider. To do this, write down what it is your product or service does and then work out what problem it solves.

It’s only three words that can make a big difference in your business. In general, most entrepreneur work real hard at getting leads and converting them.

Entrepreneurs are sales people. They are selling their company, services and mostly they are selling themselves. Perhaps, you are an entrepreneur yourself? In your mind you are a hero and everyone should be thrilled with what you have done.

“90% of all unhappy customers never say a thing to the salesperson” …ziglar (…and these customers will never do business with you again”
Bottom line: 80% of unhappy customers DO complain to their family, friends and co-workers.

SOLUTION: at different intervals of your ‘transaction’ or process you need to stop and ask your customer about how he or she feels with the process.
Every time you call your customer ask: HOW’S EVERYTHING GOING? Are we doing a good job for you?
Uncover > Address > and Fix
So you can become the hero you really are.

Organizations are not just a working machine that functions for its own benefit but also benefit the community at large; we can view each organization as living systems that are comprised of smaller units that work inter-dependently to create a the whole organism — the organization.

Each organization needs the members to be the live organism. The recruitment process is the main process to bring new members to the organization. Each Human Resources Department has some kind of the support for the recruitment process.

The recruitment process involves many steps and optimization; it includes quite heavy HR Marketing as the organization can attract enough candidates from the external market.

Even small companies and multi-level marketers need its recruitment process, as recruiting is the life blood of many businesses. The owner has to have the recruitment strategy and the vision how to attract new potential employees and or partnerships.

Currently, we live in the times of the war for the talents. The employees are one of the most valued assets of the organization and the recruitment process is one of the best weapons in the war for talents.

The organization without the recruitment process cannot survive long. The bigger the organization the more formalized recruitment process it needs.

The recruitment process can have a significant impact on the motivation of employees. As the recruitment promotion and HR Marketing can make the organization very visible on the job market and the employees can feel good about working for a well known company.

Do you know how our business compares to a College and/or University?

Think for a moment, what are Universities always doing? They are always recruiting new students for their school (just like you in your business).

Now, what does a University do (and some of you will quite agree with me on this point) when a student spends over $30,000 and in come cases over $100,000 on their education?
They do the job of giving that student an opportunity to earn far more than that in their chosen profession. Also, they have built a culture around :
“You have to go to college to succeed”.

What does a University do when a student spends $50,000 on their education to be a doctor, and then drops out or does nothing with what the education they paid for?

Does the professor sit on his couch and cry and say “This is terrible, my students aren’t doing anything with what I’m teaching them!”
No… He just keeps doing his job, teaching and making money doing what makes him money and in his case it would be teaching.

WHY do people in their business worry if their team members/associates succeed or not? (and we see it happen all the time)

Is it really your fault if they fail?
No, it’s not! You are just like a College professor sharing the message, empowering people and giving them an opportunity.

Leadership Development is about focusing on the 10% that will make an impact. The 10% that will take action on the opportunity.

Just like students that spend over $50,000 on their education – these Universities know and have made it their business
to understand that 90% of people will NOT use the education they are getting. Yet… as these words are put in writing
there are Universities RECRUITING new students.

Your odds are the same as Cambridge, DON’T focus on the 9 that are doing nothing!

In our leadership program we have discovered that those individuals that are coachable, and follow the system in place >> CAN, AND DO reach their goals!

The first step to success is SHOWING UP! If you remember anything… remember this – once you find the company you wish to affiliate with… The less you participate in their training programs and events the greater chance of failure you have.

It is NOT an option NOT to follow procedures put in place. Does someone who want to be a doctor just say, “I want
to perform surgery – let me cut this person up”; NO! Before that even takes place he/she must follow the procedures.

Even doctors are taught how to get clients, they have a whole course on Networking! Using a list of names – and the
first list start with immediate circle, letting them know about your new venture.

The Law of Success states that WORK gets blessed!
