What good is it to feel the power rush through you; the life force of incredible exuberance and passion and then allow the ego to create walls and boundaries that impede the creative force of your divine right to expand upon the beauty of your creation?

How frustrated can your own spirit feel when you enslave your greatest gift because of your current belief systems?

I am full of questions for you today… What if you allowed Inspiration to walk with you to show you a glimpse of the incredible future that can be yours?

By inspiration we are moved to create the most amazing feats. Yet inspiration can be brief and sporadic, to some even rare.

Inspiration coupled with fantasy allows your soul to soar to incredible heights. You become the artist with unlimited canvass and potential.

When you are inspired all seems possible, you see the world with crystal clarity.

Ask yourself and answer true:

What is it that inspires me?
Who is it?
What stirs my affection…for the things I love to do?

If you can fill your life with the things that stir your affections and avoid the things that rob you of inspiration, you will have a better opportunity to live that incredible future that awaits you.

THHF 2nd Annual Picnic!

Picnic anyone? The only thing anyone complained about was the heat! We invited the members of the Helpful Hands Foundation to come and hang out this weekend at Sylvan Park in Florida.

It was old fashion fun. We had bounce house for the kids, music and delicious BBQ ribs all set in a beautiful Florida rustic park. Wonderful tall trees all around under a perfect Florida sky.

It is so relaxing to come together with people that you work so hard with and have common goals with. It is wonderful to show love and appreciation through laughter and goodwill under the sweet embrace of nature. All problems just melt away.

Come take few minutes and let me share with you my wonderful picnic adventure!

Slow down and smell the coffee

Many times as we go through our day it is easy to get caught up in the rush of things, the challenge is to experience that moment to the fullest.

Whether it be the rush hour traffic or a rising sun, experiencing life means to be actively present in that moment. To live in the moment is to take in every sensation and acknowledge its existence and in turn you begin to honor your life.

The sensation of life happening ar0und you. The blending of nature and people. The emotions that others convey and the emotions that you chose to use in response to what is happening. It all blends into Life. This day, your life.

For me… I love to be in the moment. I’m inviting you into my space… darting a few rain drops we walk into the busy Panera’s bakery. Stop. Smell the wonderful scent of freshly baked bread and brewed coffee. Ah… hear the low chatter of voices and the familiar sound of dishes clanking together. Look to the right… see? The couple in the corner sitting on the sofa holding hands (how sweet)? and to the left there are a few faces peering into their laptops in the Wi-Fi section. Outside you can see the cars bustling by the main boulevard.
Come, come with me! There is no one in line, we’re next!

oooh, delicous steeping cup of flavorful coffee latte…mmm.

Island hopping in the Bahamas!

Sweet Bahama Breeze
Warm Kind Hearted People
Sun and Fun All Day
Where Relaxing is: No Problem

Bahama Breeze recipe

serve in: Highball Glass

1/2 oz apricot brandy
1/2 oz banana liqueur
1/4 oz grenadine syrup
1/4 oz honey
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 oz orange juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz dark rum
1/2 oz coconut rum

Combine all ingredients in a blender with 2-3 ice cubes. Pour over ice cubes in a tall glass. Garnish with an orange wedge and a cherry, and serve.
